Website redesign
Dans le cadre de la transformation digitale de la franchise Va Bene, nous avons entièrement repensé le site web en React afin d’améliorer ses performances, son accessibilité et son efficacité commerciale. Le site est désormais disponible en quatre langues, ce qui permet de toucher une clientèle plus large. Les paiements en ligne ont été intégrés via la solution Wallee pour offrir une expérience fluide et sécurisée. Le parcours d’achat a été simplifié pour maximiser le taux de conversion. Enfin, un shooting photo professionnel a été supervisé afin de renforcer l’identité visuelle de la marque avec un contenu moderne et attractif.
Creation of the mobile application and SaaS
We have designed a tailor-made mobile application for Va Bene, developed in React Native and available on iOS and Android. The interface has been completely personalized to reflect the brand’s universe. The application integrates a digital loyalty program and a tailor-made sponsorship system. An administration dashboard has been developed to allow teams to easily manage point of sale operations. We also trained staff in the use of these tools. An internal SaaS was created to centralize order management, sending push notifications, sales reports and other operational features. The application is based on a tailor-made CRM and a secure database. Analysis tools allow performance to be monitored in real time. A targeted push notification strategy has been put in place, accompanied by training for its effective use.
Marketing and acquisition strategy
To support the launch of the Va Bene application, a complete marketing strategy was deployed. A dedicated landing page has been created to promote the application and encourage downloads. At the same time, an ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy was implemented to optimize the visibility of the application on the stores. The entire marketing system is supported by monitoring and analysis tools allowing actions to be adjusted based on the results obtained and user behavior.
Maintenance and monitoring
Applicium manages the maintenance of the entire IT system. The infrastructure is hosted on a KVM2 VPS, configured by our DevOps team. Crash analytics tools operate continuously to detect bugs and outages before they occur.
